1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy and Security

At ViveLuxe Aesthetic Inc, the privacy, safety, and security of our clients' personal and health information is a foundational responsibility — not an afterthought. As a medical aesthetics practice, we handle sensitive protected health information (PHI) and are bound by both HIPAA regulations and Florida state healthcare privacy laws. We take these obligations seriously.

2. Physical Security

  • Controlled Access: Our clinic at 4333 SW 9th Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33914 uses restricted-access areas for client records, treatment rooms, and pharmaceutical storage. Only authorized staff have access to client-specific records and products.
  • Secure Record Storage: Physical client records and consent forms are stored in locked cabinets accessible only to clinical and administrative staff directly involved in your care.
  • Medication and Product Storage: Injectable products and pharmaceuticals are stored in secure, temperature-controlled environments in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and Florida pharmacy regulations.

3. Digital Security

We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your digital information:

  • HIPAA-Compliant Systems: Our electronic health record (EHR) system and client management software are HIPAA-compliant, with Business Associate Agreements (BAA) in place with all relevant vendors.
  • Encrypted Communications: All data transmitted through our Website and client portal is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. We do not transmit PHI via unencrypted email.
  • Access Control: Access to client records within our systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff credentials are managed with role-based permissions and regular access reviews.
  • Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.

4. Compliance

ViveLuxe Aesthetic Inc operates in compliance with applicable federal and Florida state regulations governing medical aesthetics practices:

  • HIPAA: We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act for all handling of protected health information.
  • Florida Medical Practice Act: All practitioners hold current, active Florida state licenses appropriate for their scope of practice.
  • CCPA/Florida Privacy Law: We honor all applicable consumer privacy rights including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data.
